We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you need to exchange or return your item(s) please contact us by email. Customers have 7 days post-delivery to return or exchange unworn, new products. 
Please try shoes on with caution-- on carpet/rug is best to ensure proper fit. Returns will not be accepted if soles show wear.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
Exchanges are held for one week after exchange confirmation and ship free of charge.  Returns after this period will be eligible for store credit only.
Shipping from Fine Life Co is non-refundable and not included in refunds or store credits.
In effort to reduce paper usage, we no longer print paper receipts for shipments. If you have a return or exchange and have lost your email confirmation, please contact us and we will look it up!
BRASS ITEMS: Brass will darken over-time. You can allow the natural wear, or use a polishing pad to bring back the shine. 

 Please note: On returns we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking or delivery confirmation on all returns once approved.
